Two pins
The only bar in the UAE.
What the Pinnacle Guide is
The Pinnacle Guide is an international standard for cocktail bars, run the way Michelin runs restaurants. A bar applies, is assessed across six modules, is interviewed, and is then reviewed anonymously in its own room by local reviewers. A pin means the same thing in Tokyo, London and Dubai.
The Guide describes itself as “rapidly becoming the cocktail bar industry’s most respected accolade of excellence”.
What two pins means
Two pins is the Guide’s own word for outstanding. In the announcement of 13 May 2026, forty-six bars worldwide were recognised — and Himitsu was the only bar in the United Arab Emirates among them.
