If you send an enquiry through the events or franchise form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, your contact details, and your message. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

We also collect anonymous usage measurement — which pages are visited, from roughly where, and which links are clicked. That data is not tied to your name and we cannot use it to identify you.

Netlify hosts this website and stores the form submissions you send. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel process the anonymous usage measurement described above. Reservations are handled by SevenRooms on their own site, under their own privacy policy — this website does not see your booking.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share enquiry details with anyone outside Metafoodies Group.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation they belong to is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can pick it back up. Measurement data is retained on Google and Meta’s standard schedules.

Write to events@metafoodiesgroup.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it.
